The word sabbatismos occurs only once in the Bible: "There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest [sabbatismos] for the people of God; for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from his
own work, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience" Hebrews 4:9-11, NIV.
The primary purpose of this ministry is to dialogue with Seventh-day Adventists who may be questioning SDA doctrines, or who may currently be unsure of their salvation. It is not intended
for SDAs who are secure in Christ. "They that be whole need not a physician" (Matt. 9:12). Secondarily, this website is for evangelical Christians who wish to better understand the true
teachings of Seventh-day Adventism.
As we studied out of a lifetime in Adventism, understanding the truth of grace made such a difference in our lives; our prayer is that others will experience that perfect rest. It is our
greatest desire to point to Jesus Christ and His cross, wherein lies our true Sabbath rest ~ our sabbatismos.
Please take the time to prayerfully explore the resources on this Web site, and feel free to contact us if you would appreciate further dialogue.
Resting in His grace,
